Transfer Non-Owned Files and Folders Without Transferring Owned Files and Folders

Currently the Drive Transfer feature handles owned files and folders and optionally non-owned files and folders. As a feature it would be helpful if the transfer of ownership of files and folders was optional too as long as the non-owned files and folders were indicated in the command.

Example: Transfer Owned Files and Folders to a Manager but Transfer non-owned files and Folders permissions to a coworker.

It would be helpful to have an internal vs external indicator so that you can filter out external shares or internal shares as part of this command too.
