Wizard: Fail on faulty repository

Description
Currently, if the loading of a document from a repository fails, the wizard process can be finished resulting in an empty document.
When a repository cannot be loaded
- [ ] the next step in the wizard should not be available.
- [ ] the reason why the document from the repository could not be loaded should be displayed.
