doi.go:DOIRegInfo: Unclear deprecation mark

Description
`libgin/doi.go:DOIRegInfo` has been marked in the code as "Deprecated and obsolete" but still seems to be in use in `G-Node/gogs` to display the content of a datacite file.
Either the deprecation notice should be removed or the necessary code should be moved to `G-Node/gogs`.
