This issue was opened by @vncntprvst over at the [gin-cli repository](https://github.com/G-Node/gin-cli/issues/318). Since it seems to be a WinGIN issue, I am closing it over there and opening the issue here.

Hi,
I installed the GIN client WinGIN (on Windows 10). The app runs and works (although it fails when uploading too many new files), but I get this error when it starts:
Any idea how to fix it, short of re-installing it ?
