Actually sell our projects/showcase their coolness in the project page

We should
- Highlight most impactful/understable ones
- Give an actually decent level of details
- Allow people to filter them by e.g. type
- Highlight which ones you can contribute to
- Consider whether to point to hiring page

The projects page should include things like RobinBoob/Store etc. For the Store, we can "projectify it” by talking about collaboration with artists and fandom economy.
