Publish enough content to apply for Algolia search

Algolia is an excellent search engine with first-class support for docusaurus. However, we need to have enough technical content to apply: https://docsearch.algolia.com/docs/who-can-apply/

This issue tracks the effort of writing enough documentation for algolia to accept us. Current thinking is to come up with a series of docs we want to have, then organize an event day to get some written all together.
