Tags multi-select and include Live and Building

All the tags at the top, `Bridge`, `DAO`, `DeFi`, `DevEx` etc is nice. I think it would be a nice enhancement to have multi-select and to also include `Live` and `Building` as tags.


Start by locating the tag controls at the top of the interface, using the screenshot and the existing Bridge, DAO, DeFi, and DevEx tags as entry points. Determine how tag selection currently works, then make the controls support selecting multiple tags and include Live and Building. Done means the new tags appear and multiple selections work together in the interface.
