Description

- [ ] fix the `--label` applied
- [ ] fix the snapshot tests, they need to be updated because the local chain config is also updated
- [ ] whitelist some keys that shouldn't be updated, i.e `new_storage_per_byte`
- [ ] benchmark some missing jump instructions: https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuel-core/pull/2932#discussion_r2032366217

Research direction

Start by reviewing the nightly-benchmark workflow and the changes and discussion in pull request 2932. Work through the four listed items: the --label behavior, snapshot updates after the local chain config change, whitelisting keys such as new_storage_per_byte, and missing jump-instruction benchmarks; done means the workflow and its tests pass with these cases covered.
