Tiles werden nicht oder nur teilweise geladen (v1)

Ich habe bei mehreren Kunden (unterschiedliche Hoster) das Verhalten, dass Tiles nicht zuverlässig geladen werden. Der eine spuckt das hier aus:

`net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR`

Beim anderen Kunden kommt in der Console: `500 (Internal Server Error)` für die defekten Tiles. Tiefer kann ich dort nicht graben weil das IONOS Paket leider sehr dürftig ausgestattet ist.

Interessant wäre, ob das auch in der aktuellen V2 auftaucht.

Start by reproducing the missing or partial tiles with version 1.0.2 in Chrome, comparing the reported HTTP/2 and 500 responses across hosts. Check whether the behavior also occurs in the current v2 and inspect the tile proxy or cache request path and server logs. Done means tiles load reliably without these errors in the affected hosting environments.
