### Problem Description
A few days ago i randomly noticed in a bunch of other applications that when a sidebar is collapsed labels get hidden by default.
In Freetube we will always show the labels in collapsed and expanded state. I would argue that our current collapsed state looks like a sort of in between state. After enabling Hide Side Bar Labels it looks more like a real collapsed state compared to other applications.
### Proposed Solution
Only show the labels in expanded state and hide them in collapsed state. This removes the need for the Hide Side Bar Labels setting

Research direction
The issue does not name files or tests; start by locating the sidebar component and the Hide Side Bar Labels setting in the frontend. Compare expanded and collapsed states, then verify that collapsed labels are hidden and the setting is no longer needed without breaking sidebar navigation.
