[Feature Request]: Add Time in watch page

### Problem Description

You can see time in the subscription page like this

But you can only see the date on the watch page

### Proposed Solution

Also add time

Allow user to select the display time

2. date and time
3. Relative time only

would love to see relative time when it is within 24 hrs, and date and time when it is more than that
