[Bug]: Livestream fails to play due to YouTube enforcing SABR

### Describe the bug

Its possible that you need to a few tries to repro this

1. Go to https://youtu.be/X4VbdwhkE10
2. See that player is stuck and throws `TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'match')`

### Expected Behavior

Stream plays and doesnt throw this error

Start by reproducing https://youtu.be/X4VbdwhkE10 in FreeTube v0.25.1-nightly-7565 using the Local API and inspect the player path that throws the null `match` error. Done means the livestream plays reliably without that error despite YouTube's SABR behavior.
