[Bug]: The video freeze in full-screen mode on the second monitor

### Describe the bug

1. I open the video on Monitor 1.
2. I drag the window to Monitor 2.
3. I click the button to maximize the video to full screen.
4. The video freezes, but it plays normally below the progress bar.

The video should play normally
