[Bug]: Video progress bar keeps revealing itself on its own.

### Describe the bug

This just happens on any video I watch. I am not sure how often it happens but at least when I have it on fullscreen, the progress bar reappears without any input for what feels like a set time.

### Expected Behavior

I expected the progress bar to remain hidden until I move my mouse or give it some other input.

### Additional Information

It has been happening for at least a year but it has started to bother me enough now. At first I thought my computer has malware that moves the mouse ever so slightly to prevent the computer from going to sleep but I think FreeTube just does that. Maybe this is a fix for something else but its pretty distracting.
