[Bug]: paused videos unpause automatically when screen wakes up

### Describe the bug

when i pause a video and close my laptop/the screen goes to sleep, the video is unpaused when i wake the screen up. this also happens when the screen is locked, and i can hear the audio playing while on the password screen.

occasionally unpauses randomly when the window is just open in the background, but i havent been able to replicate it or figure out what makes it do that.

### Expected Behavior

paused videos stay paused until theyre manually unpaused.

Reproduce on macOS Monterey 12.7.6 using the v0.25.0 .dmg, first checking behavior when a paused video is followed by sleep or lock. Trace the playback response to screen wake or unlock and verify that paused videos remain paused; also note whether the background-window case can be reproduced.
