[Feature Request]: Setting to always show video controls

### Problem Description

In the first image, a video with no controls showing, in the second, they are. They normally show on hover with the mouse cursor. I frequently use a touchscreen on a laptop, and sometimes miss the exact spot (particularly the dots dropdown) because I can't see exactly where it is.

### Proposed Solution

A setting to always show the controls (The playlist add, the favourite playlist add, and the 3 dots for the menu)

### Alternatives Considered

I do not believe there are any alternatives. I'm sure over time I'll get more accurate, but it would be really nice if I could have the buttons always show, not just on hover.
