[Bug]: Auto video quality isnt working anymore with SABR

### Describe the bug

Auto quality is going to be patched out for v0.24.0 but this still remains an issue nonetheless

1. Watch a video with auto quality.
2. Notice that is produces various errors

### Expected Behavior

Auto quality should work properly with SABR
