[Feature Request]: Make subs available in languages other than ''Locale Preference'' of Freetube

### Problem Description

i am on w10 up to date with the nightly freetube-0.23.11-win-x64-portable.7z
Freetube is in a language different from english and so when a video has auto-translated subs from an auto-generated subtitle, there's available only the language of the freetube interface.
ex: this video https://youtu.be/tk36Q124E44 has german subtitle and freetube permits also the italian subtitle to be selected, expect I want the english subtitle , or maybe sometimes even other languages


### Proposed Solution

It would be better to have a settings specific to subtitles: ''preferred languages for subtitles'' where the user picks his favorite languages to also be offered by freetube on videos were they are available, both subs which are created by the youtuber but also the auto-translated ones by google.
