[Bug]: Scroll sensitivity too high after minimizing FreeTube/focusing on specific windows

### Describe the bug

1. Open FreeTube
2. Minimize the window (strangely, focusing on Firefox and Discord also causes this. OBS Studio didn't, hence putting "specific windows" on the title)
3. Return to FreeTube
4. Scroll on any menu

### Expected Behavior

Scrolling behavior to remain the same
