[Feature Request]: Play next Video slider should tell why it is unusable so you can flip the related feature on.

### Problem Description

The Play next Video slider in settings will become unusable if something is changed with another setting. However it is not clear which setting turns it off.

### Proposed Solution

When you hover over the Play next Video slider it should tell you why it is unusable so you can flip the related feature on.

### Alternatives Considered

I randomly flipped the switches of the rest of the features until the slider unlocked.
