Preconfigured setting profiles

**Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented**
I'd like to see 2 or 3 predefined setting profiles for different user experiences. So users can quickly change the experience from 'minimal requests' to 'normal experience' or even to 'maximum quality experience'. On each level different settings, each leading to different amounts of requests towards YouTube are enabled. On maximum experience level, the first batch of comments of a video could be loaded always, so that it looks even more like the YouTube page.

No real alternatives here, as this is just an easy way to activate different features. This is still customizable all the time.

For example (for 2 settings):
Low experience profile - Use RSS feeds, no comments preloaded
Normal experience profile - Use normal subscription refresh, no comments preloaded
Maximum experience profile - Use normal subscription refresh, preload the first batch of comments

Start by reviewing the existing settings, RSS or subscription refresh controls, and comment-loading behavior. Map which settings each proposed profile would change and how users would switch profiles while retaining customization. Done means documented, agreed profiles for low, normal, and maximum experiences with clear request-loading behavior.
