### Describe the bug

1. Enable `Settings > Theme Settings > Expand side bar by default`
2. Decrease window width to above our mobile break point (ex: 730px)
3. Notice that all content gets pushed down

### Expected Behavior

Screen content should not be pushed down and should appear beside the side nav
