[Feature Request]: Support for sponsorblock "Skip to highlight?" feature

### Problem Description

When using sponsorblock on youtube.com there's a "skip to highlight?" feature, freetube does not have this (See image. This is the same video. Ignore the white dots, note the red dot)

### Proposed Solution

Replicate Sponsorblock's highlight implementation for FreeTube (Highlight marker on the seek bar. Button and "Skip to Highlight?" text sits underneath the seekbar, left of timestamp and volume slider)

### Alternatives Considered
(Placing a button and text on the seek bar like that might be too difficult or cluttered)

- The skip button could be placed to the left of the video title, above the likes counter
*There may be overlapping issues with long titles
- The button can be in the margin underneath the likes counter
*This can look squashed and ugly, or cause misclicks with the embed button below
- The button can be integrated with the circular embed, video format, download (etc) buttons
*These are hard to read and understand, too many buttons here could be a problem
- The button could be skipped entirely, just having the highlight marker on the seek bar is enough
*Inconvenient
