[Feature Request]: Past livestream chat replays

### Problem Description

On the youtube website, when you watch an ended livestream, the stream's chat gets replayed and messages appear at the same time they were sent during the stream. Freetube does not have this feature.

### Proposed Solution

Add a chat replay feature for ended livestreams that shows messages at the same time they were sent when the stream was live.
