[Feature Request]: Scrollbar starts too high

### Problem Description

It's only a minor issue, but the scrollbar starts directly on top and it would be more intuitive IMHO to have it start below the top bar.
Just like in a browser for comparison.

### Proposed Solution

Postion of scrollbar should be below top bar.
