[Feature Request]: Prompt for some settings on first run

### Problem Description

I think when a new installation of freetube is ran (ie no user data in db) then we should prompt for some settings to setup FreeTube in order to increase usability and privacy for new users

### Proposed Solution

I think we should prompt for the following:
- user's locale (this can help user's who aren't fluent in English select a locale without having to dig through settings)
- check for updates (sends a ping to github, we should prompt on first startup to better respect the user's privacy + if you're using a package from elsewhere like flatpak, the package manager will check for updates for you)
- check for blog posts (sends a ping to write.as whichwe should prompt for to better respect the user's privacy)

### Alternatives Considered

We could also prompt for backend preference but I don't know if that's a concept that most new users will understand before using the system (we could add a larger blurb explaining it maybe?)

Another thing we can prompt for is the theme to use (dark/light/system/etc.) But I don't think we should prompt for much else to keep the setup simple
