[Feature Request]: Open new instances in original screen

### Problem Description

when you open a new instance by cmd-clicking a video, the new window opens up on the original/ first screen screen rather than over the first instance of the program on the attached/second screen.

### Proposed Solution

A new instance should open over the first instance like with web browsers.

Original issue was opened by @nowakommunikation as a bug report in #2240 but as this isn't a bug this got converted to a feature request
