[Feature Request]: Normalize Audio volume

### Problem Description

Followup to: https://github.com/FreeTubeApp/FreeTube/pull/3203#issuecomment-1439244935

The idea is to implement an automatic normalization of audio volume, to avoid too loud or too quiet audio in videos.

### Alternatives Considered

There are no real alternatives, I guess.

Though I proposed in https://github.com/FreeTubeApp/FreeTube/pull/3203#issuecomment-1439134963 to at least implement an option to always use the default loudness (set in the options) when unmuting and if the actual set loudness is higher than the default value.
