### Problem Description

Media control buttons show up on windows lock screen while a video is playing, which is fine but for privacy reasons some might want to disable that feature so the videos they are viewing are not showing up while the system is locked.

Usually in Firefox this is disabled via "Control media via keyboard, headset, or virtual interface" setting under Browsing.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-audio-or-video-playback-your-keyboard

in Chrome through the "Hardware Media Key handling".

It doesn't seem to be a global windows setting that disables it for all applications therefore it has to be done by the app itself.

### Proposed Solution

Add option in the settings to disable media controls on Windows OS lock screen as a way to improve privacy if users desire.

### Alternatives Considered

I would assume there is only one solution to this issue

### Issue Labels

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Windows lock-screen media-control handling and the existing settings system; done means users can enable an option that prevents those controls from appearing on the Windows lock screen while playback continues.
