[Bug]: Keyboard shortcuts for UI scale do not update UI scale in settings

### Describe the bug

1. Go to settings
2. Press any zoom in or zoom out shortcut (ctrl/cmd + plus, etc.)
3. See UI scale not updating

### Expected Behavior

UI scale in settings should sync to keyboard shortcuts.
