Having An Option To Change The Pitch Of A Video

I would like for all of us to have an option to change the pitch of a video like in Newpipe. There should also be an option to hook the speed and pitch together. This would be a great option to have for audiophiles like me.

**Additional context**
Hooking the pitch and speed together affects both. If the hook option is disabled, pitch can be changed while the speed isn't, allowing for more freedom and customization.
