Pop-up settings window

**Is your feature request related to a usage problem (not a bug)?**
Feature request.
Venturing into the settings causes the program to leave the current page in order to display an entirely new page just for the settings themselves, resetting video playback on return.

**Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented**
Would it be possible for the settings page to be made into a pop-up window instead, so that users won't have to leave their current page and later return to their search/reload their videos? Alternatively, going from a video page to the settings page could keep the current playback time memorized and ready to resume upon return.
