Sketcher. For long line segments, the angle constraint appears very small (except for the multi-tool constraint) (Regression)

### Problem description

The display of dimension constraints was previously improved. However, it seems that angular constraints still haven't learned to take the scale displayed on the screen into account.

BUT! The corner constraint appears correctly with the multi-tool constraints. This is likely because we position it by clicking on the desired location. (See end of video)
