PartDesign: WireChannelPocket object corruption with ScrewPocket and WirePad enabled

### Problem description

When both features are enabled WireChannelPocket corrupts object:

Suppressing either ScrewPocket or WirePad removes corruption:

Open the attached V13-topo.zip project in FreeCAD and reproduce the corruption with both ScrewPocket and WirePad enabled. Compare the result after suppressing either feature, then trace the WireChannelPocket-related implementation and existing regression tests. Done means the object remains uncorrupted when both features are enabled.
