### Problem description
There are several issues with the Manage > BIM Setup (`BIM_Setup`) command:
1. It's too crowded
2. It has options that bear no direct relationship to a BIM setup (background gradient, geometry color, open an new document at startup, number of backup files) and should be better left exposed on the FreeCAD preferences only.
3. The note at the bottom of the dialog adds to the crowdedness and is outdated (e.g. the Dodo workbench is no longer maintained)
I feel the number of exposed options should be greatly reduced, and more relevant options be presented instead: e.g. annotation style chooser or editor. The ability to choose or create any other relevant presets would be more useful than the wide array of choices we're presenting currently. The note at the bottom should be either removed or be less prominent.
