OCC: `part.section` returns infinite bounding box for parts that don't actually touch

### Problem description

These parts don't touch:

But their `section` has a weird BoundBox, `BoundBox (1.79769e+308, 1.79769e+308, 1.79769e+308, -1.79769e+308, -1.79769e+308, -1.79769e+308)`:

A related issue is that after doing this, even if I don't `Part.show(section)`, the 3D view starts glitching out.
