TechDraw: Redo of dimensions incorrectly replaces them in the tree view

### Problem description

Redo of dimensions incorrectly replaces them in the tree view.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a view on a page in TechDraw
2. Add a dimension
3. Delete the dimension
4. Press Ctrl+z or Undo
