### Problem description

There's this one toolbar that I can't hide, apparently it isn't even listed when picking out what to hide. I'm referring to either the list in Menu > View > Toolbars or when you right-click the empty space for toolbars.

The toolbar in question appears in the workbenches for BIM and Draft, and has four buttons:
- Working Plane Setup (displays one of the Individual View icons and tags, say, the cube with the top side shaded and "top")
- Style Settings (displays line/font size, "2px | 3.50mm"
- Toggle Construction Mode (icon of a spade or something?)
- Layers (defaults to "None" with a red No icon.)

I know this sounds like a really minor issue, it kinda is. But when custom toolbars or alternative GUIs like the Ribbon addon make it redundant, this gets annoying.
