Sketcher: Rotate - DIM-OVP manual angle entry - doesn't proceed to next step

### Problem description

https://wiki.freecad.org/Sketcher_Rotate - step 8 - DIM-OVP entry field of the reference angle.
When I type the reference angle value, there is no confirmation that it was accepted and the geometry doesn't start to track the mouse cursor. (It is possible to type rotation angle, and it will work, but there is no indication we are in step 9).

On the other hand, if the reference angle is chosen using the mouse, it works fine - i.e. the geometry follows the mouse cursor - we are clearly in step 9.
