[Purchase] e-invoicing software subscription

E-invoicing is becoming mandatory for belgian compunies and non-profit starting january 2026. This involves a conoectioneto the PEPPOL network, which is paid. Although it is possible to use open-source accounting software like odoo or invoiceninja to do it, the conoection to peppol is paid, and these are complex things to host which would swallow even more,resources. After a bit of research, we found it simpler, for now, to just use a low-cost online solution, that provides both the peppol connection and a platform to send and receive e-invoices. Under this category, we elected digivak.be as a good solutiwn, as it's cheap, easy to work with and the people behind it are easily reached.

This needs to be reevaluated in the future, as there could be new open-source solutions available.
