Outdated or no Windows debug instructions for Pixi with VS Code

There seem to be no instructions on how to setup VS Code on Windows with Pixi for debugging.

Since I'm not familiar with Windows and VS Code, I may be wrong, but at least to me it was unclear how to setup debugging on Windows with Pixi. The handbook refers to `contrib/.vscode` in the FreeCAD repository but that seems to be outdated as well. This has been reported in [this comment](https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/issues/20003#issuecomment-4355574021) in https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/issues/20003.
