Unable to log in to Developer Portal – “Method Not Allowed” error

I’m trying to log in to the developer portal, but authentication fails with a “Method Not Allowed” error.
This happens every time I attempt to sign in, and I’m unable to access the dashboard or any developer tools.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

Go to the developer portal login page
Enter valid credentials
Submit the form
Error appears instead of logging in

**Expected Behavior:**
Successful login to the developer portal.

**Actual Behavior:**
A “Method Not Allowed” error is returned and login fails.

**Additional Info:**

Browser tested: chrome latest
Region: ukraine
No VPN
