Include shortcut to options in SwiftPaste component

### Description

Users would prefer not to pin extensions to their browser toolbar, and currently, pinning the SwiftPaste extension is the only decent way to access the options. This limitation makes it inconvenient for users to access and edit the suggestions quickly.

### Suggested Solution

To enhance the user experience and provide easier access to edit the suggestions, I propose adding a shortcut or link within the SwiftPaste suggestions popup that directly opens the options page. This shortcut/link would allow users to quickly navigate the options page without pining the extension to the toolbar.

Users can easily modify their suggestions by including this shortcut or link without the extra step of pinning the extension. It would improve the accessibility and usability of the extension, making it more convenient for users to customize their experience.
