Description
The functions [weno_exp](https://github.com/Fortran-FOSS-Programmers/WenOOF/blob/master/src/lib/wenoof_alpha_coefficients_z.f90#L97-#L103) and [tau](https://github.com/Fortran-FOSS-Programmers/WenOOF/blob/master/src/lib/wenoof_alpha_coefficients_z.f90#L88-#L95) maybe have to be changed in something new according to the following papers:
