Announce Thicket internally

We want to let everyone at Citrusbyte know about the new CitrusLabs initiative and how it works, as well as giving them details about Thicket—the why, the how, and the what.

Everything can be a bit rough around the edges for this internal announcement, but we need to make sure it's sufficiently polished so that everyone in the company, not just engineers, can understand the _Why_ of Thicket.

This is a precursor to completing #5.
