Plugin "react" was conflicted

What version of Spectacle are you using? (can be found by running `npm list spectacle`)

What version of React are you using? (can be found by running `npm list react`)

### Describe the Problem

When running npm start after a fresh install of both React and Spectacle, I get the following compile error:
ERROR in Plugin "react" was conflicted between "package.json » eslint-config-react-app » C:\Users\R_Elliott\projects\spectacle-tutorial\node_modules\eslint-config-react-app\base.js" and "BaseConfig » C:\Users\R_Elliott\Projects\spectacle-tutorial\node_modules\eslint-config-react-app\base.js".
