- [ ] Review `TODO`s. Many are outdated for old yarn|npm install approach and can just "be implemented / unskipped"
- [x] Implement / enable all skeletons + `it.skip`s
- [x] Refactor to support "split source + deps dir" globbing analogous to serverless.
- [ ] Analyze and add more tests.
