Syntax highlighting tricked by backtick

Happens in the latest live/master version of runpkg:

See line `27` for `lodash.escape@4.0.1`. Also might be an issue with the `&` on line `22`?

I haven't dug into this at all, and believe we're now using a different library for the syntax highlighting, but there may be an overlap with issue #66

Unlike in issue #66 , https://runpkg.com/?svelte@3.3.0/internal.js now seems to work fine with nested template literals (see line `414`)
