Feature/chore: Implement `fullPath`.

There are a number of issues related to the fact that the stats object doesn't have the _actual_ full path on disk of modules. Instead we get `identifier` and some other stuff that we can loosely infer stuff with.

In addition to the various tickets out there, this is a tracking ticket to allow a lot of `TODO`s that should be searched on in source to fix before shipping the feature.
