Pattern Library

We would like to provide a library mechanism for managing patterns. We should be able to save current tab (playground or filesystem) form inputs as a new entry in the collection. Or we should be able to open entries from the library in new tabs pre-filled.

We should be able to save patterns under a name/description storing the match/rewrite/rule/language. Entries saved from playground should include the source code sample. Entries saved from filesystem might include one of the preview results from a dry run.

Consider the existing catalog of patterns at https://catalog.comby.dev/
Can we incorporate these in a default collection? Or perhaps facilitate submitting entries from the library to the catalog?
